Count with us – together the better!

Everything is changing, but the point is not: we are dealing with what was science fiction a few years ago. We're putting the most innovative technological breakthroughs into practice - and that's often a huge challenge. You have to understand it with your customers, colleagues and suppliers. We make no secret of it: it's often very hard work. But in return, we try to compensate on all fronts: with normal working hours, loose (but not chaotic) methods, competitive pay and flexible working. We also know we're on the right track because we know there's room for improvement. But we also have ambitions and, fortunately, opportunities.

But enough of the bullshit: come and have a look around, and if you see an exciting vacancy for you, apply!

What to expect if you build your career by Nitro?

  • You're constantly learning and evolving, keeping up to date with changes in the industry, so you'll soon be one of the key experts in a field like marketing automation that didn't exist a few years ago.
  • You have to work hard, but not overtime. During the day, everyone spins their wheels so that everyone goes home around 5 or 6 pm when they finish their tasks.
  • It's an atmosphere where your colleagues are your teammates and you fight with them, not against them.
  • A kind of malleable looseness, where you don't have hundreds of points of expectations and processes, where you can influence everything that happens in the company.
  • There's a pool table in the office, which is more of a tension reliever than an actual playing field. It's a spacious space, with lots of comfortable alternatives for working, but you'll also have your own table for everyone. You can work in whatever way is most comfortable for you.

What do we count on you if you build your career by us?

  1. You can count on it: we know what you can achieve in x amount of time, and you can deliver it (or if not, you'll tell us in time).
  2. You'll react well to sharp bends, because you know that in such a dynamic business the winds change frequently. We'll weather most of the hurricane, but you'll weather the storm.
  3. You yourself are spinning your wheels on how you can improve, so we just need to create the conditions for your own further training.
  4. Your new ideas, sometimes completely out of the box, will let us know that you're not burnt out and that you're still inspired by your work.
  5. You'll be patient with us and vice versa: if things don't work out as we had imagined at the beginning, we'll tell each other in good time and won't put each other in a tight spot.
