Extended cooperation with Biogastro
We are delighted to build on the successful results of the past year and to continue to leverage the value-added potential of the Beresalexandra.hu food ordering service user database in 2019 with even more complex marketing automation techniques.
After the implementation of the BRAIN™ system and the integration with the food ordering engine, 2018 was marked by the development and running of communication flows covering the most typical customer situations. As part of this, we introduced the following campaigns:
- Welcome process
- Activation
- Reactivation
In addition to the above, we naturally ran proactive campaigns during promotional periods.
In 2019, we will expand the email marketing activities, which have proven to be ROI-proven, and add additional segmentation dimensions to increase the personalisation possibilities in the database. We also plan to increase the effectiveness of our creatives with an A/B testing backend.
We also plan to take a significant step forward by integrating promotions into the overall database marketing concept, so that we can use the extra traffic data from promotions for segmentation and subsequent communication.
