MQL/SQL
For a company's Sales and Marketing department, what is considered a Lead may differ. Since Sales is generally interested in revenue generation and Marketing in customer acquisition, it makes sense to measure inbound leads separately. The ratio of these two is called the SQL/MQL ratio.
If this ratio is very low, marketing may be expecting leads that may not convert. Then the process needs to be reviewed, maybe our sales is not working well, marketing is not handling the leads well or the communication between the two divisions is broken, the collaboration is damaged.
