Automation E-mail Marketing

Similar to automating your marketing tools, you'll guide the enquirer through a pre-designed workflow for an automated email campaign. As the name suggests, we are talking about email-only campaigns.

For automated email campaigns, a marketing automation system that continuously monitors the behaviour of the campaign participants is also essential, i.e. it does the dirty work for you.

To illustrate the process, using the example of one of our dear clients, the Jewish Group, we could not be sure which restaurant would be a hit with each user in our target segment due to a lack of data. Therefore, in our first email we opened with a brief introduction of three restaurants with completely different profiles. We sent our next emails to our users with a focus on the restaurant that generated the most interest (clicks), as it was assumed that the clicker would be interested in the offers and content related to that restaurant.

Of course, this can change, which is why it is important to continuously track the behaviour of our users, examine their email opens, their clicks within emails and build on the content that triggered activity in the future, as these will lead to the realisation of our conversion target.
